Maintenance Plan
Although we use the latest, safest and most reliable software -
on the odd occasion it is possible that there may be glitches or penetration from rogue
virus’s or bugs. These glitches, whilst normally only minor, can sometimes damage
your website leaving un-readable text, broken navigation links, or render pages, sometimes whole websites temporarily unavailable. The actual work involved with repairing these glitches is normally
quite minor and quick. It is the time between you noticing and then
instructing us to repair, that can prove to be the problem.
You do not want visitors finding your website only to have
problems reading your content or difficulty navigating your web-site. If
this does happen your visitors may become frustrated and leave your
website prematurely losing you custom then and possibly thereafter.
If your website does encounter any of the
problems mentioned above, then the sooner we know, the sooner the fault
can be rectified.
In order to keep these time delays to a minimum we recommend you either:
a) search and navigate your whole website on a regular
basis, preferably once a week
or
b) take out our Website Maintenance Plan
By taking out this service plan you will benefit in 2 areas:
Part 1) Maintenance Check
One of our engineers will visit your website every month and carefully go
through all of your content, functions and navigation avenues. If any faults are found they will be promptly repaired
causing you minimal inconvenience.
Part 2) Insurance
You will be given a direct line to one of our team and should you find any fault between our engineers visits to your site –
we will guarantee to start repair work on your website within 2 working
hours. If the problem occurs on any link or page that we originally
built or have checked in a previous maintenance run then there will be
no extra labour charge.
