We offer 3 types of “Monthly Management Plans”. Each plan relates
to a different aspect of website service and between them we believe
they will cover all of your Online Business needs.
Each Plan has 3 levels – Bronze, Silver and Gold
. The level simply relates to the size of the website and the minimum amount of time that
is required to successfully carry out the given work**.
Plan levels and costs are as follows:
• Bronze
£ 45
(Suited to websites of 5 – 20 pages)
• Silver
£ 75
(Suited to websites of 20 – 40 pages)
• Gold £ 100
(Suited to websites of 40 – 60 pages)

Please note: Websites of 60 + pages
should be assigned to the Gold plan but we can not guarantee the whole
website will be serviced in one monthly check. If the time allocated
does run over we can either:
a) record the finish position and start from that position
on the next check
or
b) you can simply opt for us to carry on with the work
until the whole website is checked each month. You will then be charged
for the additional time required, at our discounted rate of £35 per
hour.
Key
* Must sign up to the correct level of Monthly Management
Plan for a minimum of 12 months.
** Any size website owner is free to select any level of
plan. However, our prices are calculated in relation to the size of the website
and the minimum amount of time we believe is needed to carry out the
work in the most effective and efficient way.
If you do select the lower plan i.e. Bronze and you have a
website of 20 + pages we can still carry out the work as normal but we
can not guarantee we will work through all the website pages and links.
If this is the case and the allocated time runs out we will simply
record the position we are at and start from that position when we
return for the next monthly check.
